一、教学内容:Part B,C,A telephone call

二、教学要求:

1.能听懂、会说、会读单词housework, at home, ring, sweep, floor, wash, clothes.

2.能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型What are you doing? Im /Were       

3.掌握用英语打电话时的常用语,培养学生的文明礼仪;通过谈论家务劳动,进一步培养学生热爱劳动的习惯。

5.通过做、说、演等活动,提高学生学习英语的兴趣和综合运用语言的能力。

三、教学重、难点:

能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型What are you doing? Im /Were

四、教学用具:简笔画图片、吸铁石、小黑板

五、教学过程:

      Step 1. Warming-up

      1.Pre-class:T: Boys and girls,Listen!The bell is ringing. (point the “bell” on the blackboard, teach the words of ring, ringing.)

2.Class begins and greetings:

T:It’s time for our class.OK!Class begins

S:Stand up,please

Greetings: T: Good afternoon, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!

     S: Nice to meet you, too

T: How are you.

S: ……

T: Boys and girls ,Look! What are you doing!

Step 2. Presentation

1.Leading-in: We are standing. I’m standing, too

   板书:stand

        stand,stand,standing.I’m standing,We’re standing

T: What are you doing ?

S: I’m/We’re standing

2.T: Sit down, please

Now, boys and girls. ,Look! What are you doing now? Are you standing now?

S: No, We don’t.

T&S: We’re sit-sitting

         板书:sit

sit,sit,siting.I’m siting,We’re siting

T: What are you doing ?

S: I’m/We’re siting

T: But I’m standing.

T&S: I’m standing. You’re standing.

3.A game ( 快速相反游戏 )

T: (坐下)I’m sitting, (抬手)you’re standing.

  (站立) I’m standing, (用手示意)you’re sitting

I’m sitting/ standing& I’m standing/ sitting sitting/standing & standing/sitting

(You’ve done a good job.Clap your hands)

4.Summary

T: What are you doing ?   S: I’m/We’re sitting

S: What are you doing ?  T: I’m/We’re standing.

Get the Chinese meaning of “What are you doing?” (你正在干什么)

T: What are you doing ?   T&S: I’m standing, you’re sitting.

T: 我们回答要用be 动词(am/is/are) + 动词的 ing 形式表示正在做某事.

这就是我们今天所要学习的句型.

 5. Guessing game

(作跑步状) T: Look! What am I doing? Guess 

          T&S: You’re run-running

板书:run

run,run,running. I’m running,We’re running. (边读边做手臂动作)

T: What are you doing ?

S: I’m/We’re running 

Exchange.  Ss ask T------T ask Ss ------S ask S ------ S ask T (practice)

   (站立) T: Look! Am I running now? What am I doing?

         S: You’re standing.

   (作走路状) T: Look! Am I standing now? What am I doing?

         T&S: You’re walk-walking.

         T: Yes, I’m walking

板书:walk

walk,walk,walking.I’m walking,We’re walking. (边读边做手指动作)

T: What are you doing ?

S: I’m/We’re walkning

Exchange.  Ss ask T------T ask Ss ------S ask S  (practice)

   (stop) T: What is he doing ?

T&S: He is walking

Now you do and we guess

(小声告诉他: ) T: What is he doing ?  

T&S: He is jump-jumping

板书:jump

jump,jump,jumping. I’m jumping, We’re jumping. (边读边做手指动作)

T: What is he doing ?

S: He is jumping

T: What are you doing ?

S: I’m/We’re jumping

(stop) T: What is he doing ?

T&S: He is jumping

Now you do and we guess

(小声告诉他: ) T: What is he doing ?  

T&S: He is sleep-sleeping

板书:sleep

sleep,sleep,sleeping. I’m sleeping, We’re sleeping. (边读边做手指动作)

S: He is sleeping

Exchange.  T ask S (指另一生)------S ask S (指另一生)  (practice)

(stop) T: What is he doing ?

S: He is sleeping

He’s lazy.he’s sleeping in our class.Let’s wake him up.

Lead the Ss shout at him “ wake up, wake up”  (then the student yawn)

(Moral education)T: Don’t sleep in class. We can’t sleep in class. But we can sleep on the ?Ss: bed we can sleep in the ?Ss: bedroom we can sleep in the house

 

Step 3    Train drill.

(1)   Read the words and phrases on the blackboard

(2)   Task and answer with a student as a example.

T:I’m standing.What are you doing?

S: I’m sitting. What are you doing?

T:I’m running.What are you doing?

S: I’m walkting. What are you doing?

T:I’m jumping.What are you doing?

S: I’m sleeping.

    (3) Ss practice into pairs.(加上节拍)

(4) Do a perform

 

Step 4    A telephone call ( show the picture of a house )

T:Look at this house! Who is he? He is S1 (the boy who sleep in class just now)

             Who is she? She is S2

S2, come here. Let’s make a telephone call.

(ringing,ringring) S: Hello!

              T: Hello,is that S2?

              S: Yes,this is S2.

              T:How are you?

              S: Fine, hank you, and you?

              T: I’m fine, too.Where are you now?

              S: I’m in the house.

              T: What are you doing?

              S: I’m sweeping the floor.

              T: What is your father doing?

              S: He is cleaning the window.

T: What is your mother doing?

              S: She is washing clothes.

              T: What is S1 doing?

              S: He is sleeping.

              T: Oh, I see.See you!

              S: See you!

Now I have 4 questions, if youcan’t tell me in English, you can say in Chinese

Q1: What is S2 doing?   S: She is 扫地

T&S: She is sweep-sweeping the floor.

板书:sweep

sweep,sweep,sweeping. (边读边做手臂动作)

sweeping the floor,sweep the floor  (choose Ss to read)

Q2: What is S2’s father doing?(做擦的动作提示学生)  

S: He is clean-cleaning the windows.

板书:clean

clean,clean,cleaning. (边读边做手臂动作)

cleaning the windows,cleaning the windows (choose Ss to read)

Q3: What is S2’s mother doing?(做洗的动作提示学生)  S: She is 洗衣服

T&S: She is wash-washing clothes.

板书:wash

wash,wash,washing. (边读边做手臂动作)

washing clothes,washing clothes (choose Ss to read)

Q4: T: What are they doing?  (sweep the floor/ cleaning the windows/ washing clothes)

S: They’re 做家务

T: They’re doing housework.

Learn the phrases of doing housework.

      T: What else housework can you do?(鼓励学生用英语或汉语表达)

      S1: I can (生自由表达,根据学生回答随机教学关于家务劳动的新词汇:wash dishes, clean toys……

     

Role read the dialogue about the telephone call.

 

Step 5     Post-task (make a telephone call)
