Step 1. Revision

1.Greetings.

2.天气好引出“go out”继而揭题。

Step 2. Presentation

1.Teach“primary school”“middle school”

  由背景图引出,结合学生实情:毕业进入中学学习。

2.Teach“turn left”“turn right”“on … left”“on … right”

  由学校内一标志牌引出。

操练句型 “The … is on your left.”

3.Teach the new drill“Can you tell me the way to …?”“Go along this street, the … is on your ….”

  T:I want to go to the park,but I don’t know the way.Look at the map,I see.Go along this street,the park is on my left.继而生试说

4.Teach“post office”“history museum”“shopping centre”with the map.

  笑脸提醒学生所在的位置，同时示范新句型。

5.呈现新句型并领读。

6.操练本句型。(提供图示)

7.Teach“crossing”(地图显示)

说词组turn left at the first crossing …etc

Step3.Drill

1.地图显示,呈现C部分句型,领读。

2.呈现3幅图进行操练。

The way:师问生答,同桌互问，男问女答。

3.Do Part C together.

  提供图片，学生对话，继而齐读。

Step 4. Practice

课前给学生地图,自由创设情境编对话,活用本单元句型。

Step 5. Consolidation

1.Check the dialogues.

2.课堂小结。
